Hello professor and class,
Several resources can be used to improve awareness of communication skills in a professional setting. One, I would use my nursing notes to determine whether my level of written communication. Nursing notes are important in ensuring a smooth handover of patients. Therefore, if nursing notes are not well written, there is a possibility of medical errors. Two, I would use feedback from oral presentations. Oral presentations provide an opportunity for a nurse to determine their level of verbal communication (Chichirez & Purcărea, 2018).
